I spent several months in the national wildlife park witnessing and accompanying the growth of these five-colored birds. I saw the hardworking male and female birds feeding and raising their chicks every day without interruption. These five-colored birds belong to the woodpecker family. From pecking wood and building nests to incubating eggs and raising chicks, I witnessed the greatness of maternal instincts in wild animals and enjoyed the visual beauty and artistic beauty of the scene.
