Quench their thirst

This old faucet I'm showing in the photo is near my house. In June 2024, as you may recall, temperatures were among the highest in recent years, and thanks to this particular moment, I was able to realize even more the serious climate situation our planet is experiencing: every day, in fact, for about a month, I found this group of bees huddled fiercely on top of each other, trying to quench their thirst with the drops of water rapidly flowing from the dripping faucet. I think it was a moment that, more than anything else, taught me how important it is to protect these wonderful insects, vital to our ecosystems, and how urgent it has become to improve the Earth's climate situation itself. This is an emergency we are experiencing that can no longer be ignored: we must hurry and intervene promptly to save our health along with that of our splendid and unique planet!
