Black-and-white light and shadow carve through the urban fabric—weaving across Hong Kong's thoroughfares, stone stairways, and long boulevards. Amid the towering high-rises, ordinary pedestrians hurry past; every shadow and every shaft of light captures the unvarnished daily lives of this city's multitudes, preserving through the lens the warmth and the passage of time that belong to its streets.
