I am an amateur photographer based in Taiwan. My photographic practice is rooted in observation rather than formal training. I photograph while traveling and moving through everyday life, searching for quiet moments where human presence, time, and space naturally intersect. I am drawn to the subtle details often overlooked — a passing gesture, a moment of solitude, a trace of human activity, or the relationship between people and their surroundings. Through photography, I explore how light, movement, and atmosphere can reveal emotions hidden within ordinary scenes. Most of my images are captured spontaneously, without staging or direction, allowing unexpected encounters and fleeting moments to shape the final photograph. Through this series, I seek to explore the shared rhythms of different cities, particularly Japan and Taiwan — places with distinct landscapes and cultures, yet connected by similar experiences of daily life, memory, labor, and human connection.
