Anne-Marie Forker

Forker Fotos, Norway

Anne-Marie Forker is a photographer from Belfast who aims to capture not simply what happens on stage but the feeling and experience of music - "Musical expression in visual form". Her photographs have featured on multiple album covers, book and magazine covers, capturing artists across a wide range of genres. Although music remains a central focus of her photography, Anne-Marie’s creative interests extend beyond the stage. She also enjoys landscape photography, finding inspiration in changing light, dramatic scenery and the quiet moments found in the natural world. Sports photography provides another opportunity to capture movement, emotion and anticipation, requiring an instinct for timing and an ability to react quickly to unfolding action. Across all of her work, Anne-Marie is drawn to moments that tell a story.
