I am a 64-year-old amateur wildlife photographer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, drawn to the quiet drama and untamed beauty of the natural world. My journey began with close observations of birds and insects, where patience and attention to detail shaped the way I see and frame a moment. Over time, this curiosity grew into a desire to witness animals where they truly belong—in the wild. This pursuit has taken me across Africa and the forests of Malaysia, where I seek to capture wildlife in its raw, unguarded state. Each encounter is a reminder of both the fragility and resilience of life in its natural habitat. I am a dedicated Canon user, continually refining my craft through evolving gear and technique. During my travels, I occasionally turn to Leica for street photography, drawn to the fleeting, human stories that unfold beyond the wilderness.
