A bird flies directly toward the camera, its wings forming an almost symmetrical shape against a soft green background. Bright orange feathers frame the dark head and body, while the frontal viewpoint gives the encounter a sense of immediacy. The photograph holds a brief instant of flight in which colour, movement and geometry converge.
