This image shows a clean reflection of the Sluishuis building in Amsterdam, where a lone stranger quietly stands at the tip of a negative opening space, as if he is loudly projecting his unspoken and unheard thoughts through geometric juxtaposition. When the mind is turbulent, it is difficult to see the full picture of the facade in your reflection. When the mind is calm, one's vision opens up and reality takes shape. Precise contrast between a solitary man and multiple isolated units of the cold metallic facade is intended to visualise one's independent and proactive search for inner peace and strength in a more and more secluded contemporary city.
